台灣平民政府090902聲明

Taiwan Civil Government

Announcement: Sep. 02, 2009

一九四五年九月二日，盟軍統帥麥克阿瑟將軍在美國總統杜魯門簽署下發佈：「一般命令第一號」，命令蔣介石集團赴日本台灣接受日軍投降，至今已經屆滿六十四年，該是由美國自己撤離「流亡中華民國在台北」的時候。

On Sept. 2, 1945, General Douglas MacArthur, the Supreme Commander of the Allies, issued General Order No. 1, directing Chiang Kai-shek to accept the surrender of Japanese troops in the Japanese territories of Formosa and the Pescadores (today called “Taiwan”). Sixty-four years have elapsed since that date, and it is now time that the United States assume full authority for the military occupation of Taiwan, and that the Republic of China government in exile be discharged from these duties.

事實上，殖民統治台灣的中國流亡政權，嚴重違反國際戰爭法，強迫本土台灣人替佔領軍服兵役、二二八屠殺台灣菁英、更改台灣人國籍為「中華民國國籍」、白色恐怖諉稱台灣人「叛國」、命令台灣人持用「偽中華民國護照」、霸占強征台灣人民財產與國產、以「一元兌四萬台幣」剝奪本土台灣人全部資產、屠滅少數民族、放任本土台灣人於天災而不顧，這些惡劣事蹟真是罄竹難書。本土台灣人強烈要求：「驅逐中華民國，啟動主要佔領權國義務，全面接管台灣，協助設立台灣平民政府」。

In Taiwan, the colonial-type occupation of the ROC government in exile has committed numerous war crimes, including the conscription of peoples of Taiwan for service in the ROC military, the instigation of the Feb. 28, 1947 incident, the mass naturalization of native Taiwanese persons as ROC citizens, the imposition of a White Terror period when many Taiwanese civilians were convicted of “sedition” and put on trial in military courts, the forcing of native Taiwanese persons to hold ROC passports, the confiscation and pillaging of Taiwanese property and assets, the undertaking of various types of financial and currency manipulations, etc., all of which (along with many other incidents as well) have brought disaster on the people of Taiwan.

美國國務院公佈「恐怖集團的六點要項」，其中，「中國流亡政權在台北」與「賓拉登恐怖組織」條件是一模一樣，美國政府實在沒有理由，要求本土台灣人繼續接受如此「煉獄」，在美國參眾議員、政府官員接受「中華民國在台北」款待時，請想像這是吸本土台灣人的血、啃本土台灣人的肉。

The US State Dept. has listed numerous criteria for the designation of a Terrorist Organization, and in fact it appears that the ROC military establishment and Al Qaeda have many similarities. The US government has no reasons for allowing the native Taiwanese people to continue living in a “political purgatory.” When members of the US Congress accept gratuities and favors from the “ROC in Taipei,” we hope that they are aware that the financial backing for such treatment comes from the blood and flesh of native Taiwanese people.

茲呼籲美政府停止以「台灣關係法」的the people on Taiwan，繼續欺騙全世界的人民和本土台灣人，儘速回復「舊金山和平條約」的the people of Taiwan。

We hereby request that the US government clearly recognize that there are both native Taiwanese people (the people of Taiwan) and exiled Chinese now living in Taiwan. The treatment of these two groups should be different, just as their historical status is different.

本土台灣人強烈要求：「驅逐中華民國，啟動主要佔領權國義務，全面接管台灣，協助設立台灣平民政府」。

Hence, the people of Taiwan now demand that the ROC government machinery in Taiwan should be halted, and the principal occupying power (the United States of America) should fulfill its duties to take over the administration of Taiwan, and help the native Taiwanese people to form their own civil government.
